We are pleased to show you our new logos and corporate elements which we will use in future. In season 2016-2017 BC Nizhny Novgorod team will play in brand new uniform and our fans will get an opportunity to use our new site and get branded souvenir production.

Maksim Grigoryev becomes team captain

BC Nizhny Novgorod has finaly got its new leader. Players and coaches named Maksim Grigoryev, who is spending his second season in the club, as a new captain. Petr Gubanov has become vice-captain.

Siim-Sander Vene to continue his career in Nizhny Novgorod

BC Nizhny Novgorod signed a one-year deal with Estonian forward Siim-Sander Vene (203 cm, 95 kg, 25 y.o.). He has been a part of Zalgiris Kaunas for ten years and this summer parted ways with the club. Last season he took part in 20 games in Euroleague averaging 3,3 points, 1,1 rebounds и 0,7 assists.

Nizhny Novgorod signed a deal with DeAndre Kane

American guard DeAndre Kane (27 y.o., 196 cm, 91 kg) will spend next year in Nizhny Novgorod roster. Last season he finished in Hapoel Eilat averaging 11,5 points; 5,1 rebounds; 2,7 assists in 19 games.

Kenny Boynton joins Nizhny Novgorod

American guard Kenny Boynton (25 y.o., 188 cm) finished last season with Denizli Basket (Turkey) averaging 22,7 points и 3,8 assists. Former Florida Gators player signed a one-year deal with Nizhny Novgorod.

Ingus Jakovics will continue his career in Nizhny Novgorod

Jakovics (23 y.o., 186 cm., 84 kg.) spent previous season in VEF Riga. In VTB League he took part in 21 games averaging 7 points, 1,5 rebounds and 2 assists. In 2014 he became a member of Latvian national team. Nizhny Novgorod and Latvian point guard signed a two-year deal.

Petr Gubanov joins Nizhny Novgorod

Former UNICS forward (29 y.o., 207 cm, 105 kg) signed a two-year deal with NN. In 2013-2014 Gubanov played in Nizhny Novgorod and helped the team to get silver medals in VTB League. He finished last season in VTB averaging 4.9 points and 2.2 rebounds in 34 games.

Dmitry Khvostov, Evgeny Baburin and Vladimir Ivlev leave BC Nizhny Novgorod

Point guard, defensive guard and forward of Nizhny team will continue their careers in other clubs. Nizhny Novgorod and Evgeny Baburin agreed to terminate the contract while Khvostov and Ivlev used options in their contracts. We thank them for a long-term contribution to the success of the club and wish them all the best in their future careers.
